We offer a complimentary delivery service to mainland UK addresses using DPD Local’s tracked service with delivery notifications. A member of our team will contact you should your delivery address not be a mainland UK address. We aim to deliver UK deliveries within 48 hours.
Deliveries to Europe and the Rest of the World cost £30 and are usually made within 7 to 10 working days. We cannot be responsible for the payment of any cross-border fees such as custom charges and it is your responsibility to pay these (where applicable) before, during or after your delivery is made.
There may be some territories to which we cannot delivery your order. Should this apply to your order, a member of our team will contact you to arrange delivery to an alternate address or a refund of your order.
Whilst we endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, there may be times where we struggle to delivery your order within the desired timeframe due to factors beyond our control. In such instances, a member of our team will inform you of any delays to your order by email or by phone as soon as possible.

Sometimes we change our minds, it's only human. If you would like to arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we have received your email, a member of our team will get in touch with return instructions. It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to us within 14 days using a tracked and insured delivery method. The returned item(s) must be unused with any labels/ tags attached as received and in their original packaging. If we do not receive your return within 14 days of being notified of your intention to return the goods, we will be unable to offer a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within a few working days.
